WOMEN’S DAY 2024: Our 2024 Women’s Day season is underway. Our theme is “Going forward with optimistic expectations: Women of God stepping up with faith and anticipation.”  Our scripture is Philippians 1:6. This year’s colors are pink and pearl. To reach our $50,000 goal, women are asked to contribute $350 and men are asked to contribute $150. Activities include community service projects, Mary B Scott Scholarship, a hybrid symposium. Pledge cards are available.

SPRING BREAK CAMP: The Greater Waverly Foundation’s Village Initiative is sponsoring a Spring Break Camp, April 1-5, 7:30 am-5:30 p.m., Lower Fellowship Hall.  Cost is $25; $15 for siblings or $10 per day. HOMEBUYERS SEMINAR: The PPCDC and the Financial Management Ministry are hosting a hybrid home buyer’s seminar, Saturday, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., in the B.N. Scott Fellowship Hall, via Zoom. Scan QR code on poster in vestibule to register. There will be presentations by a mortgage lender, realtor, home inspector, home appraiser and closing attorney. VIETNAM VETS: The Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act designates March 29th as National Vietnam War Veterans Day. Our Veterans Ministry wants to recognize all who served in Viet Nam  next Sunday.  Please contact the church office by March 22nd so that adequate seating can be arranged. Thank you for your service.

EASTER EGG HUNT: Mark your calendars! The Youth Ministry’s annual Easter Egg Hunt is March 29, 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m., Blueberry Hill and Fellowship Hall.  There will be games, egg hunt, food and lots of fun. All ages are welcome.

Contributions Statement:  Tax season is almost here.  Automatic mail out of tax statements occurs for annual donations of $250 or more in accordance with IRS regulations.  Statements for donations less than $250 are available upon request.  To ensure timely receipt of your tax statement, please ensure we have your current information on file.  If you would like to receive your tax statement/and a detailed payment schedule via email, please contact the Financial Secretary at 803-771-2898 or via email at fsfnbc@gmail.com.

Volunteers Needed: The First Nazareth Food Pantry needs volunteers. The pantry is open from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturdays. If you can spare at least two hours or belong to an organization interested in community service, please contact the church office.
